Yes! Our everyday Staple menu includes vegetarian choices like the Caprese Sandwich, Potato Salad, Mediterranean Pasta Salad, and the Spicy Chickpea Salad.
Our soup specials sometimes feature vegetarian, vegan, or dairy free options.
Also at Heard Freighthouse Food Park, our sister food trailer Grown and Grazed has vegetarian options from Louisiana Sweet Potato Hash to house-made veggie burgers and farm fresh sides.
Where do I park?
Parking options are plentiful near Staple Sandwich Co. Railroad Avenue offers street parking. N. Vienna Street right behind us has a parking lot. We’re just a short walk away from the shops of Historic Downtown Ruston.
Do you take to-go orders?
We’re a food truck, so we work fast! Drop by to grab lunch and take it with you. We do not take call-in orders or online orders.
Is Staple Sandwich Co. dog friendly?
We love dogs! Staple Sandwich Co. is a food truck, and all of our seating is outside.
Is there a kid’s menu?
We are known for whipping up a grilled cheese sandwich!
